SIA TO BRING KEY PLAYERS IN LOMBOK TOURISM TO SINGAPORE YOGYAKARTA (IO) -- Singapore Airlines (SIA) will bring key players in the tourist industry in Lombok to Singapore in an effort to reassure Singaporeans that security conditions on the island are returning to normal. SIA kicked off its US$3 million tourism promotion project in cooperation with the Ministry of Tourism and Arts by choosing Lombok as the airlines' first initiative. SIA chose Lombok as the first initiative in its Indonesian tourism promotion program due to its proven potential as a tourist destination.
